Anne D. Harman's clients usually turn to her for defense representation in cases where toxic torts are the main issue. She is admitted in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
As a student of West Virginia University College of Law, Ms. Harman was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Moot Court Board. She was also on the schools International Moot Court Team. Ms. Harman attended Marshall University as an undergrad.
Ms. Harman is on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the Board of Governors of West Virginia Northern Community College. She has also been involved in Victorian Wheeling Ltd. and is a member of the Ohio County, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio State Bar Associations. She also belongs to the Defense Research Institute.
