Attorneys
Arch W. Riley has practiced since 1955, and brings experience and knowledge to the firm. He is admitted in West Virginia, the U.S. District Court Southern and Western Districts of West Virginia, in the U.S. Federal Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. Mr. Riley practices family and corporate law. Mr. Riley has been an Assistant Attorney General of West Virginia and Chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the West Virginia State Senate. He has also been employed as the Prosecuting Attorney for Ohio County. Mr. Riley's long list of accomplishments includes his current position as Chairman of the Public Defender Corporation, First Circuit and has also been the Fiduciary Commissioner. Mr. Riley has served as President of the Ohio County Bar Association. He is also a member of the West Virginia and American Bar Associations and is the Chairman of the Lawyers Assistance Committee of the West Virginia State Bar. In 1985, he received the Certificate of Merit from the West Virginia State Bar. Mr. Riley graduated from West Virginia University College of Law and from West Virginia University. He is a member of Phi Delta Phi.
