Harry L. Buch has the experience of a veteran lawyer, having practiced since 1955 in the West Virginia State Courts.  His areas of practice are primarily estate planning and commercial law. 

Mr. Buch has been an active Wheeling citizen, as a member of the House of Delegates from 1958-1964 and acting as Chairman of the West Virginia Racing Commission for many years.  He has also been President of the Association of Racing Commissioners International and Chairman of the Board of Advisors of West Liberty State College.  Mr. Buch has also acted as President of the Ogleby Institute and is currently on the  Board of Directors of United Bankshares, Inc.  He is involved in the West Virginia Breeders Classic ahd has been Chairman of the Hall of Fame Board of the City of Wheeling. 

Mr. Buch earned both his law degree and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.  He is a member of the Ohio County and West Virginia Bar Associations and the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
