Bailey, Riley & Harman, L.C. is the merged successor of the law firms of Byrum, Bailey & Riley, L.C. and Riley & Riley, L.C. The law firm of Riley & Riley was founded in 1878 by Thomas S. Riley, a former Attorney General of the State of West Virginia. Four generations of the Riley family have practiced law with the firm. The law firm of Byrum, Bailey & Riley, L.C. was founded in 1915 by P.J. McGinley. Two generations of the Bailey family have practiced with the firm.
