Biography
Chris Riley is a member of the firm.
Mr. Riley was born in Wheeling, West Virginia, and graduated
from The Linsly Military Institute in 1977. He attended Tufts
University in Medford, Massachusetts, graduating magna cum laude
with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Riley then attended The
West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia,
graduating in 1985 with a Juris Doctor degree, and as a member
of the academic honorary, The Order of the Coif. While at The
College of Law, Mr. Riley served as Lead Articles Editor for the West Virginia
Law Review.
Mr. Riley returned to Wheeling and became an associate with his
family's law firm, Riley and Riley, practicing with his father and brother.
He became a partner in 1988 and has been associated with that firm and its
successors for over 25 years, now serving as Bailey, Riley, Buch & Harman's senior
member.
