Biography
Eric Santos was born in Denver, Colorado. His family relocated to West
Virginia in 1973, and he graduated from Morgantown High School in 1982.
Mr. Santos received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism
(cum laude) from West Virginia University in 1986. Thereafter, he attended
Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. While in law school,
he clerked for the Honorable Larry V. Starcher, former Chief Judge of
the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Monongalia County, West Virginia.
Mr. Santos graduated from Capital University Law School in 1993 and
was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar on January 11, 1994. Since that
time, Mr. Santos has gained state bar and federal court admissions to
practice in the states of West Virginia and Texas.
Mr. Santos practices primarily in the areas of general
civil litigation, toxic torts, products liability,
insurance defense, and workers' compensation.
He regularly practices in both West Virginia
and Pennsylvania, at both the state and federal
court levels.
